Mr Mohammad Yasin

Yasin is a seasoned tax leader with over 20 years of experience and a distinguished portfolio of credentials: a Chartered Accountant of Singapore (CA Singapore), Accredited Tax Advisor (Income Tax), and Accredited Tax Practitioner (GST). He currently serves as a Senior Manager leading a tax team at an international accounting firm, where he specializes in corporate and personal tax advisory, cross-border tax planning, mergers & acquisitions, restructuring, transfer pricing, GST, and withholding tax.

Complementing his practice, Yasin is a dedicated educator. He has been an Adjunct Lecturer for the Advanced Taxation module in the Singapore CA professional program for nine years, consistently achieving high pass rates by distilling complex topics into clear, logical concepts. His teaching journey began earlier as a Facilitator for the same program (formerly SQP) under ISCA for three years. Additionally, he conducts external training on Corporate Tax, Withholding Tax, and GST in collaboration with ISCA.
