Wendy Soh

Wendy brings a wealth of more than 2 decades of experience in regional HR business partnering, start-ups, and recruitment. In her most recent corporate role, she served as the Vice President and Regional People Business Partner for Lazada eLogistics, covering Southeast Asia. She managed the full spectrum of HR functions, including talent acquisition, recruitment and selection, talent management, performance management, leadership coaching and mentoring, employment relations, andemployee welfare.

During the COVID-19 pandemic, Wendy collaborated with TAL, TADM, and TAFEP, handling mediation and case management. She is certified as a mediator by the Ministry of Manpower (MOM).

Currently, Wendy is an Associate Trainer and Consultant with NTUC LHUB and CIPD Asia, specializing in HR courses, CIPD certification, and short courses. She conducts workshops on performance management, talent management, grievance handling, conflict management, the Employment Act for HR practitioners including Flexible Work Arrangements, HR for non-HR managers, coaching, mentoring, manpower planning, learning and development, employee relations, business administration, and business etiquette and grooming. Additionally, Wendy serves as an Adjunct Lecturer at the Singapore University of Social Sciences.

Wendy also served as the HR Lead for Southeast Asia and the Pacific at Qualcomm for six years. In this role, she proactively provided HR support to Qualcomm offices in Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Vietnam, Thailand, the Philippines, Australia, New Zealand, Hong Kong, and Macau. She advised leaders, employees, and managers on new start-ups, business and employment compliance, HR policies, performance and talent management, and related issues, including community programs and QLife activities. She was involved in the regional diversity, equity and inclusivity bringing perspectives and ideas to the workplace at all stages. Setting a goal to increase representation of Asian employees in the US workforce. Wendy was a member of the D&I committee initiated by LHL in 2015 sharing D&I values and practices to the community. In her free time, Wendy volunteers for Junior Achievement.
